If your wedding or event is unable to go ahead due to government Covid restrictions we will be happy to postpone your reservation, and once a new date is set, reschedule free of charge (like-for-like) within 12 calendar months of the original date of hire. If your chosen vehicle isn’t available on that date, we will provide a suitable replacement vehicle(s).
If you do not reschedule within this 12 month period we will assume you no longer require our services and cancel the reservation, and any monies paid will be forfeited.

For the safety of our passengers and staff, we will be implementing the following measures along with any other government guidelines:
•Vehicles will be regularly sanitised using antibacterial disinfectants
•No physical contact with passengers. Please do not be offended if our chauffeurs are unable to shake hands
•All staff will be monitored and if displaying symptoms, get tested at the earliest opportunity
